CAD Digital provides regular disclosure regarding the reserves backing CADD to support transparency and user confidence.
The information below includes (i) daily reserve ratio updates published by CAD Digital and (ii) monthly reserve attestations prepared by an independent audit firm.
Daily Reserve Ratio
CAD Digital publishes the daily reserve ratio of CADD, representing the total value of reserve assets relative to the total CADD in circulation.

Monthly Reserve Attestations
The Trustee engages Baker Tilly, an independent audit firm, to prepare monthly attestations regarding the reserves backing CADD (each, a “CADD Reserve Attestation”).
These attestations are conducted in accordance with applicable assurance standards and reflect the reserves of the Trust as of the specified reporting date.

Annual Audited Financial Statements
Baker Tilly also conducts an annual audit of the financial statements of the Trust.

Monthly CADD Reserve Attestations are prepared by Baker Tilly based on procedures performed as of a specific date and are not full financial statement audits.
